If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

filling our immigration docs that were not savable and this app totally helped me to save them and get back to the docs when I have more info. Awesome. One recommendation: I would like to be able to save to a specific file in my computer rather than have to move from the download file :-)

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

The biggest problem we have is that we receive uneditable documents that we are able to edit easily with PDFFiller. It's super beneficial because it saves us so much time.
