The interface is reasonably intuitive… The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Difference #1: How Income is Calculated Many salaried employees are considered to be exempt from overtime pay, meaning that if they work more than 40 hours in a week they will still receive only their salary. By contrast, hourly employees are usually considered non-exempt.
If the employee has no pretax deductions, all of his gross salary represents his taxable salary. Calculate Social Security tax at 4.2 percent of the employee's taxable salary up to the annual income limit of $106,800, and Medicare tax at 1.45 percent of all of his taxable salary, at the time of publication.
The progressive tax system means that you pay different amounts of tax on different portions of your income. As you earn more money from your job, you'll pay higher rates of tax on your additional income. However, you won't pay a higher rate of tax on all of your income.
Taxable Income = (Monthly Basic Pay + Additional Pay) (SSS + Philomath + PAGING + Deductions Due to Absences/Tardiness) Taxable Income = (23000) (581.30 + ((23000 × 0.0275) / 2) + 100.00) Income Tax = (((Taxable Income * 12) X) * Y) / 12.
Employees who are exempt can work over 40 hours without additional compensation. Here's why: the FLEA and state fair labor standards legislation requires employees who work more than 40 hours in any work week to be paid time-and-a-half for those hours.
Under California employment law, salaried employees can be classified as exempt or non-exempt. Exempt salaried employees may not be eligible for overtime. However, employers have to pay salaried exempt employees at twice the minimum hourly wage based on a 40-hour workweek.
Exempt Requirement If you are exempt from FLEA overtime pay provisions, your employer does not have to pay you overtime if you work 60 hours for the week. Some of these employees must receive a weekly salary of at least $455, as of 2013. As a salaried exempt employee, your employer can pay you extra if he wants to.
It may contain language that does not allow you to refuse overtime. Usually, in a salaried position, there is no such thing as OT. Generally, salaried employees are expected to work until their work is done. Generally, salaried employees are expected to work until their work is done.
