This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

Can you make changes to common app after submitting?
Once an application or writing supplement has been submitted to any institution, you cannot make any changes to that application (just as if you had dropped it in the mail), and we are not permitted to make changes on your behalf.
Can I change my application after submitting?
After an application is submitted applicants are not able to return to the application to make edits. We suggest contacting the program or organization you are applying to directly if you wish to make an edit.
Can the common app be changed once submitted?
Once an application or writing supplement has been submitted to any institution, you cannot make any changes to that application (just as if you had dropped it in the mail), and we are not permitted to make changes on your behalf.
Can you change your college essay after submitting?
After the application is submitted to a college, you cannot edit your essay for that college. But you can edit this essay or even write a new one for a new application to the other college.
Can you edit your personal essay after submitting?
You can now make unlimited edits to your essay, after you've submitted your first application. To do it, just follow these steps. First, click on the tab, Common App (see below). Next, once you are in the Personal Essay area, click the Edit Link to start making changes to your existing essay.
Can you edit common app after submitting to one school?
A student is permitted to edit their Common Application for other institutions to which they have not submitted, however please know that once submitted to your school, any changes they then make to their Common App will not reflect in your records.
What if I made a mistake on my common app?
On the Common Application, if your mistake appears on any component other than the essay, you can correct it without creating a new version of the Common Application. If, however, the mistake was in your essay, then you will need to create an alternate version of your essay in the Common Application system.
Can you edit your UC application after submitting?
Q: Can I make changes (grades, courses, activities, personal insight questions, etc.) to my application after I submitted it? A: Out of fairness to all applicants, only changes in critical information may be made to UC application data. This includes personal information, release authorizations, and some exam updates.
