It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.

Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

What is Analytics?
Microsoft Analytics, formerly Delve Analytics, is an application designed to help employees and their managers gain insight into how workers spend their time, with the goal of optimizing tasks and making them more efficient. Analytics is part of the Office 365 cloud-based suite of productivity applications.
How do I access my Analytics?
There are two ways to access Analytics: through a standalone account at http://www.google.com/analytics, or through your linked Google Ads account. You can sign in to your Analytics account from http://www.google.com/analytics. Click Sign in (at top right), and select Analytics.
What is insights by Analytics?
The personal dashboard of Analytics offers insights. An insight is a card that presents you with a statistic that was derived from your recent workplace habits and suggests a way to change this habit for the better. Insights appear beneath the “My time summary” section of the dashboard.
How do I find insights in Outlook?
Open the Insights Outlook add-in by selecting the Insights icon on the Outlook Home ribbon. If you are using Outlook on the web, open an email message, select the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of your email message, and then select Insights.
How do I remove Analytics from Outlook?
On the Outlook Home Ribbon, select the Get Add-ins icon.
Select My add-ins.
In Admin-managed, select the ellipsis (...) for Insights, and then select Remove.
How do I opt out of An analytics?
Open your dashboard.
Select the Settings (gear) icon in the top right.
Under Analytics, select Settings.
For Analytics, set the control to Off.
Select Save to save your changes.
What is the insights button in Outlook?
The Insights Outlook add-in is automatically installed for your organization when you purchase one of the plans or add-ins listed in Plans and environments. Users will start to see the Insights Outlook add-in in their Outlook application automatically after a license is assigned to them.
