The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!

I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

A very useful tool for PDFs
Very good experience. In my beginnings I had a little trouble but everything came very quickly. I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great !
Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents.
One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.

How to review an invoice?
1. Check Accuracy - Verify that all details on the invoice are correct, including the billing amount, date, invoice number, and vendor information. 2. Match Purchase Orders or Contracts - Ensure that the goods or services listed on the invoice match the corresponding purchase orders or contracts.
How to check if an invoice is correct?
Substantive Invoice Check and Approval Are the formal mandatory details on the invoice correct? Name and address of invoicing party and invoice recipient. Is the invoice factually correct? All calculation steps are correct. Is the content of the invoice correct? Has the approval process been followed?
