It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

that it's not an actual software downloaded to the computer but a website, and certain things you do that take you through different windows

Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

My first time with this App and it seems to be a lot different to Adobe, but easier to operate. I have modified 2 pdf file successfully, and so far (as a new user), not too many 'dropped balls'.

It was super easy to copy/paste fields. I've tried others and this has by far been the best experience! It's helped me save time and headaches!

So easy and convenient to download and complete. My only issue is I wish with the forms you can scroll down to sections without having to tab each field or using you mouse to click in a different section.
