I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.
