I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

Works well with scanned pdfs to
You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs.
The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

Fax and Documents
Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!
I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

The check mark feature is cool but did not work as smoothly as I'd like. It sometimes just snaps out of the center of where I want to check mark.

pdfFiller is a game changer for me
Busy volunteer and mom!pdfFiller is a game changer for me. I've been looking for a program that houses all of the documents that I need in one place and I think that I have found it. I will definatley recommend pdfFiller to my working friends, and sons (new to the workforce. :)

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..
