I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I didn't know that PDFfiller would charge me a few after a lengthy form that I had to fill, I paid the fee and left a comment about the experience. I promptly heard back from a representative who made things right without me asking for anything. Customer service at its best!

Easy to use
Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.

Should I need this type of service again, I will definitely be back. Would recommend PdfFIller to others. I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!
