I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)
