In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

I would highly recommend this product to others and in fact I have done so. This product is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other products like it.

Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form.
I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to anyone who would like to create any type of document legal or not. I did my will and a lease with the wizard and they both came out so professional looking it was like they were prepared by an attorney. They have bill of sale receipts and anything else you can imagine needing as well. I am so glad I found this site and hope this review helps someone decide to give it a try also. I never leave reviews but felt this deserved one.

Can a partner in an LLC receive a salary?
An LLC that elected to be taxed as a sole proprietorship or partnership is unable to pay its members a salary. Instead of a salary like an employee, members can receive a draw from the LLC. This may subject the members to paying quarterly federal estimated tax payments.
Can a partner in an LLC also be an employee?
LLC members are technically not LLC partners or LLC employees. Those who own an LLC are considered to be owners or members under state laws. If you are an owner you obviously do work for and with the LLC, but you are not considered to be an employee. LLC members must pay the self-employment tax on this income.
