I have tried many different programs. I find PDFfiller to be the easiest to use for anything re: PDFs and to get signatures on paperwork.

So surprised and happy to find this VA… So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Gets the job done! Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.

Titles of full works like books or newspapers should be italicized. Titles of short works like poems, articles, short stories, or chapters should be put in quotation marks. Titles of books that form a larger body of work may be put in quotation marks if the name of the book series is italicized.
The title should be written in standard lettering, without underlines, bold font, italicized font, or any quotation marks. Only include italics if your title includes the title of another source. Most research papers use a standard MLA format heading, like the one seen above.
Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Titles of books, plays, films, periodicals, databases, and websites are italicized. Place titles in quotation marks if the source is part of a larger work. Articles, essays, chapters, poems, webpages, songs, and speeches are placed in quotation marks.
Introduction. The Modern Language Association (MLA) specifies a standard format for essays and research papers written in an academic setting: One-inch page margins. Double-spaced paragraphs. A header with author's last name and page number one-half inch from the top of each page.
A general rule of thumb is that within the text of a paper, italicize the title of complete works but put quotation marks around titles of parts within a complete work. On an APA-style reference page, the rules for titles are a little different.
Titles of books should be underlined or put in italics. (Titles of stories, essays and poems are in “quotation marks.”) Refer to the text specifically as a novel, story, essay, memoir, or poem, depending on what it is. In subsequent references to the author, use his or her last name.
APA In-Text Citation Write the name of the author in parentheses, along with the year a work was published and the page number you are referencing. Place this at the end of your sentence, before the period. For example, “In the novel Being in Love, love is defined as a social impulse” (Smith, 1999, p. 17).
Headlines and course titles are not italicized.
