With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. PDF filer is the perfect place for small business or start up businesses to go for much less expensive do-it-yourself renewals and many other type business files. My renewals looked awesome after I used their many tools to change the text and colors around!

I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Thank you for thinking of the little people who need things like this. I am a Full-time student with very little extra income so again, I thank you sincerely, Karen (Portland, OR)

I used their 30 days free trial, of course totally forgot about it and was charged for a year subscription without any notice. But I have to say that they reverted the payment within minutes after my request. Honest and nice service!
