I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Exceptional! The only thing missing is the ability to set permissions on documents for viewing and downloading. Other than that, exceptional cloud services.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. There are typically three settings for fax resolution. The standard type is 204 × 98 DPI, which is good for a basic typed document. If you have fine print or handwriting in the document, you might want to send it as a fine document, which has a DPI setting of 204 × 196.
