Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere. I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines. Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! Do you have to type the footnote text for one footnote before you can add another?

When you add a footnote to a document, Word's normal formatting adds a space after the footnote number and before the body of the footnote. You may want Word to use a tab instead of the space. There are a couple of ways you can approach this problem, as discussed in this tip.

Can you use one footnote for multiple sentences?

Q. When doing footnotes, do you put a footnote after every sentence, even if two or more consecutive sentences are from the same source and same page? ... A. Footnotes should be placed where you need them, not according to a rule.
