Append Header Form: make editing documents online a breeze

Since PDF is the most popular document format in business, the right PDF editor is essential.

In case you hadn't used PDF for your documents before, you can switch anytime — it is easy to convert any file format into PDF. You can also create just one PDF to replace multiple files of different formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports which are both comprehensive and easy-to-read.

Though numerous online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding signatures, collaborating with others etc.

pdfFiller’s editing solution includes features for annotating, editing, converting PDFs to other formats, adding signatures, and filling out forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editor you can use in your browser. You don’t have to download or install any applications.

Use one of these methods to upload your document template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
03
Search for the form you need in the online library.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a page order. Add and edit visual content. Ask other users to fill out the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.
