I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to ***** from support

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked.
