Graphic arrows in the pdf are represented by the letter U. Can't move inserted text to new location. Circle is useless, odd shape, can't resize without border getting too thick and covering item to circle.

I would prefer that the fill in templates be free of charge. The one used is great and I would hope to find another one as such. Easy to use formatting and site.

Great Product!
So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.
