It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good
I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier.
I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

How do I append multiple files to Format?
Uploading Multiple Files Now, you'll be able to select multiple files from your drive. Next, change the uploading() method to accept an array of files as an argument and simply loop through the array and append the files to the Format object: coast uploading = (files) → {console.
What is Format JavaScript?
The Format object lets you compile a set of key/value pairs to send using XMLHttpRequest. It is primarily intended for use in sending form data, but can be used independently of forms in order to transmit keyed data.
What is Format in angular?
The Format API allows you to create a set of key/value elements that correspond to form fields and their values. This can be then sent to the server using Angular HttpClient. Note: A Format instance is equivalent to an HTML form sent using the multipart/form-data encoding.

HTML5 introduces Format to allow developers to build forms objects dynamically (and can even include files from the user's file system), and then to send this form object via AJAX. You can easily use Format with an XMLHttpRequest by passing the Format instance as the parameter to XHR.
