Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

This app/website is really good. It is easier and it has some features that is really useful if you're dealing with pdf files all day long. The downside tho, it is quite pricey for me. But if you're okay with the price, consider subscribe to their service, very recommended.

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.

It would be beneficial to be able to download or email document prior to signing so that it can be shared with attorneys or anyone else that will assist with reviewing the document prior to signing.

Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.
