The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

I cannot believe how wonderful this website is!! I can edit any PDF, fill out forms, send from the website and they even have an option to mail it for me! Definitely exceeded my expectations and I've never seen any other website or app like this. I KNOW I will be renewing this every year, especially how affordable it is!

King of PDF Filling
PDFfiller really saves time by allowing you to directly write on the PDF. Previously I had to print it out and fill out the details and have to rescan the document and PDFfiller eliminates all these steps.
It's very simple to use as you just have to drop the PDF file which needs to be filled.
The biggest advantage is that it also works with a file which is not "fillable" by allowing you to add text and images on it.
Often times larger PDF file doesn't work directly so I have to divide it and have to re-upload them again. I think it would be really helpful if PDFfiller allows such functionality by default where it either works directly or ability to divide it on their website.

It is easy, so relax and just do what you need to do.
I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

Is modifier 51 still used?
Modifier 51 comes into play only when two or more procedures are performed. It is not to be used when a procedure is performed along with an Evaluation and Management (E/M) service. There are instances where multiple procedures are performed but modifier 51 is not appropriate.
When should you use modifier 51?
Use modifier 51 on the second and subsequent operative procedures when the procedures are ranked in RTU order. Modifier 51 may also be used when multiple procedures coded in the Medicine chapter of CPT (medical procedures) are performed at the same session or when surgical and medical procedures are performed together.
How do you use modifier 51?
CPT guidelines explain the 51 modifier should apply when multiple procedures, other than E/M services, are performed at the same session by the same individual. The additional procedure(s) or service(s) may be identified by appending modifier 51 to the additional procedure or service code(s).
Can you use modifier 51 and 59?
Modifiers 51 and 59 are both used when multiple services are performed during a single encounter, but they serve different purposes. Modifier 51 comes into play only when two or more procedures are performed. It is not to be used when a procedure is performed along with an Evaluation and Management (E/M) service.
Can you use modifier 51 more than once on a claim?
Most payers apply a multiple procedure discount with modifier 51. This refers to the practice of reducing the reimbursement for subsequent procedures because of shared resources when two or more procedures are performed together.

Medicare does not recommend reporting Modifier 51 on your claim; the processing system has hard-coded logic to append the modifier to the correct procedure code. Definition: Multiple surgeries performed on the same day, during the same surgical session.
