I love this product, it is readily available on the internet can work a handful of pages to correction without downloading this software.
Cant think of many cons it works best for me to do my general corrections, might not have detailed features for a professional editor, but definitely works for me.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. I downloaded the form, filled it in online and printed it without the slightest hitch - it just works!Roland, Johannesburg.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
