Great and simple pdf editor Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents. This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome. It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

A very easy to use program A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Applicants Age 16 and 17. Most applicants age 16-17 must apply in person using Form DS-11. If you are eligible to Renew a Passport by Mail, you can use Form DS-82. Passports for applicants 16 and older are valid for 10 years.
A child's passport application must be lodged by a parent or another person with parental responsibility for the child. Children under 16 do not have to do so.
Both parents have to give consent for a child to obtain a passport. One way to do this is for both parents to accompany the minor for applying for the passport in person. But if one parent or both cannot go, fill out a consent form. If you have sole custody, you'll need to show evidence.
Answer: Minors age 16 must establish parental consent when applying for a new passport. If consent is not implied on the application form, then it can be provided in written form or by the presence of a parent. You can have the statement of consent form notarized at the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate general.
They do not need both parents present if the child is 16 or 17 years-of-age. It is suggested that at least one parent is present in order to show Parental Awareness. Another way to show Parental Awareness is to provide a written consent letter for the child that is signed with a copy of the parents photo ID.

Teens who are 16 or 17 years old can apply on their own for a passport if they have a valid government ID. However, they also must show “parental consent,” which can be a parent showing up with them at the acceptance center or a signed statement from a parent giving approval.
Minors ages 16-17 with their own identification can apply for a passport by themselves. However, Passport Services does recommend that at least one parent appear in person with the minor to identify him/her and to show parental awareness.
