Easy to Use Online Document Filter Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe. There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Know yourself. Poll your family, friends, teachers, and do some serious introspection to understand what your strengths are. Be confident, yet humble. Emphasize your motivation and desire. Get experience and highlight it.
Make sure the jobs you're applying for fit your experience and skills. If you're looking to get that first job in your field, getting your foot in the door is more important than starting salary. You can earn more money as you go, but you need to get that first position. So keep an open mind while testing the market.
Get skilled or schooled or both. Employers won't hire someone who doesn't have the majority of the skills, education, or job experience necessary for the position. So if you can't find a job because you need to boost your skill set, consider going back to school or finding online resources to gain the skills you need.
Go in through a side door. So you don't have a full resume of prior jobs doing exactly what you want to do next. Promote your soft skills. Translate your experience. Work for cheap. Work for free.
Volunteer. If you have to leave your current job immediately, then you may not be able to start a volunteer position before looking for a new job. Know the right people. Network. Get certified. Hit the books and get certified. Prime your resume. Revamp your resume. Prove yourself at the interview.
Figure out why you'd be great on the job. Don't worry about being a perfect match. Write an outstanding cover letter. Pay a ton of attention to soft skills. Think about what non-obvious experience you can highlight. In your interview, strike the right balance between confidence and humility.
Re-examine and Apply Your Experience to the IT Industry. Get Industry Certifications. Your Degree in Another Field May Be a Huge Asset. Be Open to Starting at the Bottom. Don't Forget the Power of Networking. Teach Yourself Relevant Tech Skills. Look for Crossover Positions.
Know what you do best. List your training and experience. Now think about jobs. Narrow the list to a few possible careers no more than three or four. Learn all you can about your chosen new career. Changing your mind? Keep your old job if possible. Do you need more training?
