At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I am sold on it.Thank you.

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

It is a little hard to learn and it is a little expensive, but it is the best "filler" program I have ever used and I am glad and grateful to have it.

Maybe I haven't found it, but it would help if there was a way to stop the fillable areas from snapping to each other. I had to figure out work-arounds for a lot of them.

Easy to use I have converted from our company's old way of emailing documents to print, sign, and scan back to us to digital signatures. Great Tool & Responsive Customer Support I've been using pdfFiller for several years now, and find it easy to use to make quick changes to documents. It has improved over the time i've used it, as originally the font didn't always match and some sections couldn't be moved or deleted, but it now seems to have these features. On a couple of occasions I've needed to raise a support ticket, and the team are very responsive, helpful and provide a resolution quickly. The reason i've not given it 5 stars is because last year i had to edit a 60+ page instruction manual, and spent many hours over a couple of weeks trying to get it to work, but it kept crashing and not loading all the pages, which was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. In the end i gave up and redesigned the manual using another platform. Overall, great for simple editing and the basic package is good value for a small business.
