the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

What do you like best?
This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With this software i am able to edit all my PDF'S add & delete any information that needs to be revised & have an amazing clean, clear & legible PDF's for my clients to view!!!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well. What do you dislike? I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

Great after-sales support! I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point. Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat. Impressive customer service (LIVE support) I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time.
