This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

To Whom It May Concern, I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond. I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.
What do you dislike?
First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a freelance worker, I must use papers for completing contracts, bills and etc.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

Thank You for an Amazing Program I was having a difficult time creating a new document to file in my folders. I use this program now for all my note taking as I'm a Social Worker at a High School. The fill in bulk feature and the create from template has been life saving to me. I can easily generate notes on my caseload of students without having to go document by document. It has helped with my organization and the customer support has been Tier 1, there hasn't been an issue that I haven't had solved same day.

Tip: In order to select multiple images press and hold CTRL key and keep clicking on desired images to select them. Select multiple images and take right click on one of the selected pictures. Once selection is done, now take right click on any of the selected images and choose Print option from the popup menu.
Select “Print” at the top portion of the menu. Move over to the “Layout” bar on the right. Scroll all the way down and select “Wallet.” Select the number of copies per page; the default is “1,” which will print one wallet-sized photo on the paper.
Go to control panel — Devices and printers. Right-click on your Envy and choose the “Printing preferences” option. Now, go to paper quality / layout tab and make sure the paper type is selected as “Photo paper”. Also, select the correct paper size and save the settings.
Start by choosing “File” and then “Print,” and clicking the “Position and Size” settings. Usually, the default option is “Scale to Fit Media,” which prints to the page margins. Deselect it, then manually enter scale, height and width values that equal the full size of your paper. Click “Print” to print your image.
