It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

This is the first app that I found that… the process to combine two files onto one page was simple.
This is the first app that I found that it will actually let you combine two files onto one page simply. The only bummer was that I had to convert the .pdf file into a .jpeg first before I could combine them together.

How do I get my display to fit my screen?
Click the “Start” button and click “Control Panel” to open the Control Panel. Click “Adjust Screen Resolution” in the Appearance and Personalization section to open the Screen Resolution window. Click “Resolution” to open a slider control. Drag the slider's marker upward to select your maximum resolution.
How do I change the size of my extended screen?
If you want to increase the size of windows on your second monitor, simply return to the Display settings. Click on the screen whose scale you want to adjust, then drag the slider marked Change the size of text, apps and other items to the right to increase the size of windows. To save changes, just click Apply.
How do I change the resolution on two monitors?
Right-click on the Desktop and select Screen Resolution. Change the Multiple Displays drop-down as per your preference. Select the desired monitor and adjust the resolution using the slider.

Can you have 2 monitors with different resolutions?
If both displays are the same size, this isn't a problem. If one of them has a higher resolution than the other, it is a problem. If nothing else, you won't be getting the best out of at least one of your monitors. Windows 10 lets you set different resolutions for multiple monitors.

First, you need to go into your driver application. I know that with the Nvidia Control Panel you will find the necessary option under Setup Desktop Size and Position. Select the two displays you want duplicated to different resolutions/refresh rates, and for each one make sure the scaling mode is set to GPU.
