Awesome software!
Very easy to use and great to help fill PDF's and create them. I use this software very often and I rarely have issues.
Sometimes it lags and it can be a pain, but overall this is a great software to use and I don't have many cons.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
