I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

Some of the functionalities I like include add text, note, watermark, redact, draw, add images/videos, textbox, date, checkmark, search and replace text, spellchecker, undo and redo, copy and paste, and pdf toolbar, add branding and Document signing and many more feature. PDFfiller supports integration with major cloud platforms including Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive and Box. One of the best and easy to use tool for filing and storing all sort of forms electronically. Allows you to convert pdf files into other formats such as Microsoft word, excel and ppt. Some of the advanced feature require a great learning time from the end user. Sometime you would not get expected results while converting a Pdf to word in terms of change in formatting which is difficult to edit. Sometimes the tools is slow while working on large size files.

How do you charter a ship?
A voyage charter is the hiring of a vessel and crew for a voyage between a load port and a discharge port. The charterer pays the vessel owner on a per-ton or lump-sum basis. The owner pays the port costs (excluding steering), fuel costs and crew costs. The payment for the use of the vessel is known as freight.
What is the cancellation date with reference to charters?
Paydays refers to a period of specified days (e.g. Jan 7/16) during which owners must present the vessel for loading. The cancelling date is the final payday and the date beyond which, if the chartered vessel has not been presented for loading, the charterers may reject her and cancel the charter.
How is Daytime calculated?
If the number of running hours or days spent loading or discharging the cargo, after the Notice of Readiness is properly given, varies from the contractually agreed amount of time, then the daytime is paid by the charterer as demurrage or the shipowner as despatch, at the hourly or daily rate specified in the voyage
What is Daytime calculation?
The daytime calculation is a function that uses the daytime agreement from freight contracts and the specific daytime events saved in the carrier nomination. In the freight contract you maintain information about the allowed daytime of a vessel during loading, discharging, or lighter age.
What is the difference between Layman and Daytime?
Paydays should not be confused with daytime, which is the period allowed to the charterers for loading and/or discharging without payment additional to the freight. Together, paydays/cancelling or, as it is often called, the layman is the period within which the vessel must be presented at the agreed port or place.
What is daytime and demurrage?
'daytime' refers to the time allowed in a voyage charter for cargo to be loaded on to or unloaded from a vessel. And. 'Demurrage' is incurred after the permitted daytime is spent.
What is a Layman?
Layman means the earliest date on which Daytime can commence and the latest date, after which the charterer can opt to cancel the Charter Party. Layman means the period during which the Owner must notify Charterer that the Vessel is ready for delivery.
How is demurrage rate calculated?
Calculation of Demurrage. In the calculation of demurrage amount payable to shipowner, demurrage rate is multiplied by the number of days or part of day in excess of the agreed daytime. For example: Total Daytime Allowed 11 days.
