The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

You can add multiple tags to any file or folder. On your Mac, do any of the following: Tag an open file: Hold the pointer to the right of the document title, click the arrow, click in the Tags field, then enter a new tag, or choose one from the list. Tag a new file when you save it: Click File > Save.
Open a new Finder window. Click Finder in the top menu bar. Click Preferences. Click Tags. Adjust your tag preferences to your liking. Here you can edit tag names and colors easily and quickly without having to do it on an individual basis.
Tags (on a Mac) are a Finder item. You manage them using Finder Preferences (Finder Menu>Preferences, or Command-comma). There you will find an item called Tags. Open this, and you will see all the tags you currently have available to use on the Mac.
You can also use Shift+Click to select groups of contiguous files in the Finder. Select the first file, hold down the Shift key, then click the last file. All files between those two will be selected. If you want to select files that aren't directly grouped together, use Command+Click.
In macOS, tags provide you with an alternative way to organize your files and folders, and can make items in Finder easier to locate. To tag a file in Finder, simply right-click (or Ctrl-click) it and select one of the colored tags in the dropdown menu.
On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Do any of the following: Search for a tag: Enter the tag color or name in the search field, then select the tag from the suggestions. Select a tag in the sidebar: To see everything with a certain tag, click the tag in the Finder sidebar.
