Although I found it quite confusing I eventually understood it better. The Customer care that I was able to contact using the system was very helpful.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? The only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to find subsequent forms. I worked it out -= probably not in the most expeditious way - but I will happily use the service in the future.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.
