My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.

Excellent tools
Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial.
I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service.
Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

How do I organize files by date?
Just click on Date at the top of the column, and then drag it to the left. If you wanted to put the date column last, you'd do the reverse. If you then wanted to sort everything by date, single-click on the date column. Now all the files in the downloads' folder will be sorted by date with the oldest items at the top.
How do I sort files by date?
Right-click in an open area of the details pane and select Sort By from the pop-up menu. Select how you want to sort: Name, Date Modified, Type, or Size. Select whether you want the contents sorted in Ascending or Descending order.
How do I sort the current folder by date modified?
To achieve the sort order you prefer, first sort by Date modified column in descending order, and then do a secondary sort by Name. This is done by holding the SHIFT key and clicking on the Name column header. Thus, folders remain at the top. There is another option to accomplish the same result.
How do I rearrange the order of files in a folder?
Browse to the folder with the files or photos you want to rearrange. In the top right navigation, select Sort, and then select Rearrange. Note: If prompted, install Microsoft Silver light. Arrange the files or photos by dragging them in the order you want them to appear. Select Save sort order.
How do I name files, so they sort by date?
Always start with the date in YYYY-MM-DD format (also known as ISO 8601 format). Then include descriptive text. This means having a project name, company name, client name, job name, etc. just after the date.
