Excellent tool, but the only negative about this is. You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying. this is not fair & is misleading. Try to change this alone pls

The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

Great pdf editing software PDF Filler is an awesome piece of software. It is so good being able to edit docs online and save them without having to worry about retyping information because the pdf provided was not able to be edited There is no version history which means if you make changes to the pdf you can backtrack to an earlier version unless it was saved separately

You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.

What do you like best? That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well. What do you dislike? Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

To get a payoff letter, ask your lender for an official payoff statement. Call or write to customer service, or make the request through an automated online system, if one exists.
A payoff statement should include the name and address of the lender preparing the statement and be addressed to the lender that requested the payoff. It also needs to include the customer's name, the loan number and the terms of the loan, including the balance and the interest rate.
To get a payoff letter, ask your lender for an official payoff statement. Call or write to customer service, or make the request through an automated online system, if one exists.
Under federal law, the service is generally required to send you a payoff statement within seven business days of your request, subject to a few exceptions.
A payoff statement or a mortgage payoff letter will typically show the balance a borrower must pay to close their loan. They can also include other important loan details such as the remaining payment schedule, rate of interest and money saved for paying early.
A paid in full statement is a letter to your creditor that explains the details of the debt owed and how and when you will pay this amount. Often this letter is written before you write a check for the final payment in order to give the creditor time to look through your account and agree to the paid in full statement.
In these cases, it gives the responsible parties written direction, similar to that of a letter of assignment. Use 1.5 inch margin and justify line to left. Write first name, middle initial with period after, and last name. Double space and write street address on first line underneath name.
