Long press anywhere on your home screen. Select widgets at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down and tap the Settings shortcut widget. Tap Notification Log Place the widget on your home screen. Tap the widget and scroll through your past notifications.
In the Settings shortcut menu that appears, scroll down and tap Notification log. A Notification log shortcut will appear on your home screen. Just tap this, and you'll have access to your notification history and be able to retrieve those missed notifications.
Try these steps: Go to Settings > Sound & Notification > App Notifications. Select the app, and make sure that Notifications are turned on and set to Normal. Make sure that Do Not Disturb is turned off.
Notification Center is the place to go to see notifications you've received throughout the day (or week, depending on how often you clear your notifications). You can make sure every supported app shows up (and stays) on your Notification Center list.
Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and make sure that Notifications are turned on. If notifications for the app is turned on, but you are still not receiving alerts, the Alert Style When Unlocked may be set to None. Settings>Notifications>check the Alert Style is set to Banners or Alerts.
Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is on. If you have notifications turned on for an app, but you're not receiving alerts, you might not have Banners selected. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, then select Banners.
If restarting your phone didn't do the job, try reviewing the notification settings for the app in question. If you don't find the relevant settings in the app, make sure to check Android's notification settings for the app under Settings > Apps & Notifications > [App name] > Notifications.
Go to Settings > Notifications. To choose when you want most notification previews to appear, tap Show Previews, then select an optionally, When Unlocked, or Never. Tap Back, tap an app below Notification Style, then turn Allow Notifications on or off.
