It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu
