So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

How does a clock mechanism work?
How a Mechanical Clock Works: Mechanical clocks are wound with a key, and this tightens the mainspring. As the mainspring unwinds, its energy turns gears which cause the hands to move. The pendulum keeps time and ensures that the gears move at the right pace: second by second.
What is the mechanism of a clock?
A mechanism the gears drive that makes the device do useful or interesting things. In a clock, the mechanism is the set of hands that sweep around the dial to tell you the time. In a clockwork car, the gears would drive the wheels that power it over your floor.
How does Wall Clock work?
In a clock, the pendulum's job is to regulate the speed of the gears (interlocking wheels with teeth cut into their edges). The gears count the number of seconds that pass and convert them into minutes and hours, displayed on the hands that sweep round the clock face.
How does the electric clock work?
Electromechanical clocks have a traditional mechanical movement, which keeps time with an oscillating pendulum or balance wheel powered through a gear train by a mainspring, but use electricity to rewind the mainspring with an electric motor or electromagnet. They essentially count cycles of the power supply.
Can a battery operated clock be repaired?
When battery operated clocks stop working, it's usually caused by one or more of the batteries. Either a battery has lost its charge, or battery acid has leaked, causing corrosion. Repair of a battery operated clock typically comes down to the batteries and the battery compartment, making the fix simple.
How does a battery operated pendulum clock work?
All of our battery operated pendulum movements have several things in common. They are all operated by an electron magnet that gives a pulse to a magnet on the pendulum arm, which gives the pendulum a very natural swinging motion. They also operate independently of the actual clock movement and have no effect on it.
How do you put a pendulum clock together?
Mantel Clock Setup: Place clock on table with back facing you. Open the back door, hang the pendulum on the hook, and close the door. Carefully place the clock where it is to be used, on a stable, level surface. Lift one side of the clock gently two inches, then put it down to start the pendulum swinging.
