What do you like best?

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike?
Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

Free not so Free Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

Open a new Word document, head over to the Mailings tab, and then click the Labels button. In the Envelopes and Labels window, click the Options button at the bottom. In the Label Options window that opens, select an appropriate style from the Product Number list.
Here are the basic steps: Click on Create Label for one of your orders and enter your package's size and weight. Click Select Shipping Rates, compare rates across shipping carriers, and Buy Label. Now you've got your label! Simply click Download Label, and you're ready to File > Print.
