User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer.
What do you dislike?
My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back.

PDF filler program is just such a user friendly system. It allows anyone to be able to use this and succeed

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!
