PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

I like being able to fill in forms from online. $72 is too much for this as I only pay $30 for several other internet programs. There should be a refund.

What do you like best?
Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.
What do you dislike?
I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

could be better I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose. some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.

What do you like best? I like the fact pdf Fills stores and keep my documents in order! I like it's easy to use, and it comes with a fax!! I am very pleased that I can send a fax, and I am able to submit report! Also, it come with live help that is an excellent feature! What do you dislike? I dislike the wait period of 30 minute if I forget my password! The systems doesn't seem to lock in my password. I believe I have changed passwords maybe 3 times in under a year. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! The price is good! The service is good! I have spoke with tech support a couple of time because I got locked out because I forgot my password and made to many attempts, so that's an excellent feature! You can also send faxes, so that's good. I will look to renew my subscription again! It's a good product! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Well because of pdfFiller, I can send pdf files to coworkers and present files as needed! Before pdfFiller, my pdf files were not accepted by my supervisor and staff computers, but now, I can send pdf files with no concerns using pdfFiller! Assets. You already know that your first order of business is to take a complete inventory of all the estate's assets. Income. As the executor, it's your job to collect any income due to either the decedent at the time of death or the estate during probate. Disbursements. Distributions.
It depends. Julie Ann Garber wrote about estate planning for The Balance, and has almost 25 years of experience as a lawyer and trust officer. Probate has a reputation for lasting just short of forever, but it can actually depend on many factors. Some estates settle or close within a few months, or even a few weeks.
According to Bank rate, the probate process can take from six months to two years. The Estate Settlement website suggests a nine-month time line from reading the will to closing the estate. During this time, the executor must notify heirs, banks, the Social Security Administration, creditors and others of the death.
On average, probate takes between six and nine months to complete and can take up to eighty working hours. However, other complications can cause the process to take considerably longer, such as if the will is contested, or the deceased did not keep clear records of all their assets.
Estates With Unusual Assets An asset that's difficult to value can dovetail right into the other reason why probate takes so long the estate has to file an estate tax return. Otherwise, one or more creditors or beneficiaries of the estate might be forced to take over ownership of that undesirable asset.
Common expenses of an estate include executors fees, attorneys fees, accounting fees, court fees, appraisal costs, and surety bonds. These typically add up to 2% to 7% of the total estate value. Most estates are settled though probate in about 9 to 18 months, assuming there is no litigation involved.
Notify all creditors. File tax returns and pay final taxes. File the final accounting with the probate court. Distribute remaining assets to beneficiaries. File a closing statement with the court.
A typical probate process will take up to 24 months from the date of the decedent's death. However, in cases of contested issues or lawsuits, the process may take up to several years, or even decades, to settle the issues and conclude probate.
