Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Insert the card. If the announcement includes a cardholder, insert it there. Insert the announcement. The announcement is then placed in the smaller envelope with the folded edge inserted first and the front-facing the envelope flap. Fasten the flap using a seal. One envelope inside the other.
If your order contains tissue inserts, place the translucent paper on the inside of your announcement.
Graduation announcements should be sent out at least two weeks before the event. If they don't include an invitation, you can send them up to six weeks after the event. You may also consider sending out a save the date email three months before the ceremony to ensure loved ones can attend.
With tissue (or vellum) inserts on top of each, stack your invitation ensemble from largest to smallest. Typically, this means the invitation card is on the bottom and the reply card and envelope is on the top. Comments are closed.
The outer envelope tells the post office where to deliver the graduation announcement. This envelope has a gummed flap and is the slightly larger envelope. The inner envelope tells the household who is invited. It is the smaller envelope and does NOT have a gummed flap.
The inner envelope holds the announcement. If you're hosting a graduation party, consider inserting your party invitation and open house card into the announcement. Formally address the mailing envelope by hand. Slip the announcement, fold first and face up, into the small inner envelope.
Place your graduation announcement into the inside envelope with the folded edge inserted first and the front of the announcement facing the flap. If included in your order, apply the envelope seal on the flap of the inside envelope to secure it closed.
If not, place the personal card in the fold of the announcement, so the name faces away from the text. Do the same with a photo if you have one. Insert the announcement. The announcement is then placed in the smaller envelope with the folded edge inserted first and the front-facing the envelope flap.
