Assemble Stamp Log: make editing documents online simple

The PDF is a popular file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. PDFs will always appear the same, whether you open it on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or use a smartphone.

Security is another reason we rather use PDF files for storing and sharing sensitive information and documents. In addition to password protection, particular platforms give you access to an opening history to track down people who opened or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDF using one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing it and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you’ve finished changing a document, send it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with users to fill out the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Browse for your document from the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature in the document.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

Great office tool to use. I used PDFfiller to fill out superannuation and government forms where clarity is desirable. Very easy and intuitive to use.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Step 1: Push down the stamp slightly, lock the stamp with the buttons on the side and remove the stamp pad. Step 2: Rank the pad by applying 3-5 drops of ink. Step 3: Reinsert the stamp pad and happy stamping!
Remove the holder from the stamp. Use the ink bottle to add five drops of ink to each refill hole in the stamp. Be extremely careful when adding ink. Put the holder back on the stamp. Immediately after refilling the ink, keep the stamp facing down until the ink begins to flow from the stamp.
Access the pad refill holes on top-mounted pad models by pulling the top cover of the stamp straight up and off. Drop two to three drops of ink into each of the pad's two refill holes. Push the pad into the stamp, or replace the top cover.
Press the stamp down slightly with the side buttons depressed. Press the button on the wide side of the stamp to eject the ink well. Carefully pull the ink well out of the stamp. Insert the refill ink into the ink well slowly until the pad is saturated.
Separate the blue top of the stamp from the gray colored base. Place 3-5 drops of Desk mate Refill ink* into the ink wells. Replace the protective lid and let the stamp stand overnight with the imprint facing down, so the ink flows through.
