I subscribed to a trial of this… I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. Great Product! I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it. It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved. I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

I like having this resource as an option. I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents. The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible. The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

How do you correct a tentative nonconfirmation?

RECEIVE and read the Further Action Notice from E-Verify provided by your employer. DECIDE if you are going to contest (take action) or not contest (not take action) to resolve the DHS or SSA TNC case result. VISIT an SSA field office OR. WAIT for your employer to inform you of the final E-Verify case result.

What does DHS tentative nonconfirmation mean?

A Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC) is received when either the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) flags something entered on the I-9 as not matching their records. A “DHS TNC” or “SSA TNC” case result may occur because the employee's.

What is DHS tentative nonconfirmation?

A DHS or SSA TNC means that the information your employer entered in E-Verify from your Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, did not match records available to DHS or SSA. A DHS or SSA TNC case result does not necessarily mean that you are not authorized to work in the United States.

What does DHS verification in process mean?

Verification in Process means that DHS cannot verify the data and needs more time. The case is automatically referred for further verification. DHS will respond to most of these cases within 24 hours, although some responses may take up to 3 federal government working days.

Generally, if the information matches, the employee's case receives an Employment Authorized result in E-Verify. How many days does an employee have to contest a TNC?

An employee who chooses to contest an SSA TNC must visit an SSA field office within eight federal government working days to begin resolving the TNC. An employee who chooses to contest a DHS TNC must call DHS within eight federal government working days to begin resolving the TNC.

What happens if TNC process is not followed?

If the employee does not contest the TNC, or if the query ultimately results in a Final Nonconfirmation, you must terminate the worker's employment or face possible fines and penalties for knowingly continuing to employ an unauthorized worker.

What is a tentative nonconfirmation?
