Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

To find that, click on the white “Comment” button at the top of the document (to the left of the blue “Share” button). You can reopen any resolved comments there. If you don't see the comments there, it means your collaborator hasn't saved them properly.
On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. Highlight the text, images, cells, or slides you want to comment on. To add a comment, in the toolbar, click Add comment. Type your comment. Click Comment.
Editors and Commenters can add comments and respond to comments on a Google Doc, but only editors can make changes on the document itself. The document owner can solicit feedback from multiple people, but ultimately has control over making changes to the document.
Click on the Comments button at the top of a Google Doc to see all comments and discussions that have taken place in a document or presentation.
New Google Docs “Can Comment” feature gives you options. Users given the “can comment” permission can not only view a doc, but they can also make and respond to comments, without having editing rights.
