How to Use the Assign Conditional Field Voucher Feature

The Assign Conditional Field Voucher feature in pdfFiller allows you to create dynamic and personalized documents by assigning conditional fields to specific recipients. Follow these steps to use this feature:

01
Log in to your pdfFiller account and open the document you want to work with.
02
Click on the 'Assign Conditional Field Voucher' button in the toolbar.
03
A pop-up window will appear, showing a list of recipients for the document. Click on the 'Add Recipient' button to add a new recipient.
04
Enter the recipient's email address and click 'Next'.
05
In the next window, you can assign conditional fields to the recipient. Conditional fields are placeholders in the document that will be filled in based on certain conditions. For example, you can assign a conditional field to display different text based on the recipient's response to a previous question.
06
To assign a conditional field, click on the 'Add Field' button and select the type of field you want to add. You can choose from text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more.
07
Once you've added a field, you can customize its properties by clicking on it. You can set conditions for when the field should be displayed or hidden, specify default values, and more.
08
Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add more conditional fields as needed.
09
After assigning all the conditional fields, click 'Save' to save the changes.
10
The recipients will receive an email with a link to the document. When they open the document, they will see the assigned conditional fields and can fill them in accordingly.
11
As the document owner, you can track the progress of each recipient and view their responses in real-time.
12
To make any changes to the assigned conditional fields, simply click on the 'Assign Conditional Field Voucher' button again and follow the same steps.
13
Once all recipients have completed the document, you can download it or save it to your pdfFiller account for future reference.

By using the Assign Conditional Field Voucher feature, you can streamline your document workflow and ensure that each recipient receives a personalized document tailored to their needs.

I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

Very professional, highly recommended. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Highly recommended. Very professional. Lisa Cherry Beaumont of LisaCherryBeaumont.com

This 'conditional logic' is an advanced element, and lets WordPress use dynamics to change the layout based on user input. Because Contact Form 7 is a simple plugin at its core, it doesn't have conditional logic or fields by default. Instead, you'll need to the Contact Form 7 – Conditional Fields add-on.
Conditional fields allow you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met.
With conditional fields, you can hide fields until the recipient makes an entry in your document that triggers the fields to show. Conditional fields allow you to create dynamic documents that support a conditional work flow. Conditional fields only appear to the recipient when a specified condition is met.
If you edit your CF7 form, you will see an additional tag called “Conditional fields Group”. Everything you put between the start and end tag will be hidden by default. After you have added the field group(s), go to the “Conditional fields” tab to create one or more conditions that will make the group(s) appear.
You can set additional properties in the properties panel, such as formatting and whether or not the field is required. The Drop Down field can be required or optional. If you set the Required Field property, your recipient must select one of the options to complete the document.
Conditional fields allow you to manage sets of dependencies between fields. Such fields are available for editing and display only if the right condition is met. To create conditional fields, you must first create custom fields and then leverage such fields in forms.
