Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The college you attend may send transcripts differently than outlined in the Transcript Request Form. Common App for transfer also accepts electronic transcripts from Parchment and National Student Clearinghouse. If your school uses a different service, transcripts should be mailed, instead of sent electronically.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions' office for the exact address or procedure.
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions' office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
If you don't need to submit your application immediately and one of your colleges requires Courses & Grades, you should wait until you can complete Courses & Grades before submitting. Your application will not be penalized and the college will still get your official transcript from your counselor.
Transcripts are maintained by the Admissions Office or Registrar's Office at all post-secondary institutions. Transcripts can be ordered online and sent directly to the post-secondary institution to which you are applying. Typically, there is a transcript fee.
Your Counselor is the person who creates your School Report, which is required by the Common Application and by most other colleges that do not use the CA. The School Report accompanies your School Transcript (your grades for the past 3 years) and, hopefully, a School Profile (brief description of your school).
Most colleges want an official version of your high school transcript. Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself.
