Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Open Microsoft Word. Click the “Insert” tab. From the “Header & Footer” group, click [Header] or [Footer]. From the drop-down menu, choose a Header or Footer style. Return to the “Insert” tab. From the “Text” group, click [Quick Parts] > Select “Field...” Under “Field names,” select “Filename.”

Double-click a footer that follows a section break. A tab labeled “Same as Previous” appears above its right side. Click “Design” in the Word ribbon. Click “Link to Previous” in the ribbon's Navigation group to deselect it.
If you want to make a different header for each page, then you will have to insert a section break for each page. Here's how to do it: Open up your Microsoft Word 2016 Document. Go to the end of the first page or the end of the last line of the first page and click it.
Go to Insert > Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer. If your document has more than one section, repeat this process for each section.
Click the Page Layout tab. In the Page Setup group, choose the appropriate break option from the Breaks dropdown. In Word 2003, choose Break from the Insert menu. Choose a break from the resulting dialog and click OK.
Click “Link to Previous” in the “Navigation” grouping of options; this allows you to change the header or footer on the page without affecting the headers or footers on the other pages. Highlight the header or footer text and press the “Delete” button on your keyboard. The header or footer is removed from the page.
