Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Choose a style. The cover letter and resume should look like they belong together. Pick the letterhead position. Make sure your name stands out. Include traditional contact information. Add your email address. Include technology based contact information. Put a subject line. Properly greet the recruiter.
Your letter should be simple and focused, making the purpose of your letter is clear. Left justify your letter. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. Use a plain font like Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, or Verdana. The font size should be 10 or 12 points.
Heading should include mailing address of company or individual writing the letter. DATE that the letter was written typically goes above the inside address. INSIDE ADDRESS includes the title, name, and mailing address of the person receiving the letter.
The heading consists of your address (but not your name) and the date. Telephone numbers and email addresses are not usually included here, but they are acceptable. Using block format, the heading goes in the top left-hand corner of the page.
To Whom It May Concern: Use only when you do not know to whom you must address the letter, for example, when writing to an institution. Dear colleagues, Use when writing to a group of people. Use a standard business letter format and template: The most widely used format for business letters is “block style,” where the text of the entire letter is justified left. The text is single spaced, except for double spaces between paragraphs.
Use “To Whom It May Concern,” if you're unsure specifically whom you're addressing. Use the formal salutation Dear Mr./Ms./Dr. [Last Name], if you do not know the recipient. Use Dear [First Name], only if you have an informal relationship with the recipient.
Write your company address at the top right of the page and the recipient's name and address on the top left, spaced just below your address. Write the full date on the left-hand side before you begin writing the letter. Begin the letter with 'Dear'.
