Open the EAC and navigate to Servers > Certificates. In the Select server list, select the Exchange server where you want to install the certificate, click More options, and select Import Exchange certificate.

Login Exchange Server and open EAC Exchange Administration Center. In the left column Click on Servers. At the top-right Click on Certificates. Click +to add new certificate and new exchange certificate will start here. Choose To create a request for a certificate from a certification authority.
Connect to the server where the Certification Authority is installed, if necessary. Select Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Certification Authority. In the Certification Authority (Local) tree, select Your Domain Name > Pending Requests. Select the CSR in the right navigation pane.
