If the pop ups on the forms would stop that would be terrific. It would also be nice before I go putting all my personal info in the form that you put the price up front.

It is easy to use and very helpful. I just started so I am a bit slow in getting the documents made or using it. I would have liked it a bit more straightforward, but I like it so far.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The landlord has the right to refuse to let this person become a new tenant, but cannot refuse arbitrarily or unreasonably. A landlord can charge you for any reasonable costs related to approving the assignment, such as the cost of doing a credit check on the person you want to assign the unit to.
The landlord / tenant relationship Lease covenants are enforceable by a tenant against a landlord on this basis. However, difficulty arises when a landlord assigns its interest in a lease. This is because there is no direct contractual relationship between the new landlord and the existing tenant.
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. If the new tenant fails to pay rent or damages the rental, your landlord could look to you for compensation.
A lease assignment is when your landlord legally transfers your interest in an apartment lease over to another tenant who will live there in your place. ... They pay the rent directly to the landlord and are treated as the tenant in every other way.
Simply put, it is a transfer of an existing lease by the current tenant to a new tenant with the consent of the landlord. To begin with, there should be an existing lease between a landlord and tenant. And the Assignee. The Assignee is the crucial factor that makes Assignment work.
An assignment of lease, including a sub-lease, is a transfer of the lease by the lessee, i.e. the assignor, to a new lessee, i.e. the assignee. The lessor is usually not a party to the assignment.
assignment of lease. Transfer by the original tenant (the assignor) of his or her rights to a sub-tenant (the assignee) to use the leased property. However, the assignor remains liable under the original lease contract unless expressly released by the landlord.
The Assignment of Lease is a title document (also referring to the process itself) whereby all rights that a lessee or tenant possesses over a property are transferred to another party.
A lease assignment usually involves a fee being paid to the landlord to compensate him for the expense and time of meeting with a prospective new tenant and preparing a lease assignment agreement. As of 2012, a typical assignment fee for a commercial lease is $500.
Now, if you go ahead and sublet your apartment but don't get written consent from your landlord when it's required, then you could be in big trouble. If your landlord finds out you've sublet your apartment without obtaining permission, you and your subtenant could be evicted for violating the lease.
